Open Meeting - Thursday, 21st August 2008

This Open Meeting was held on Thursday 21 August at 7:30 pm at Coombe Social Club, Brinklow Road, Binley.

Elaine Simmons talked to us about 'Clinical Trials'. Elaine is a specialist cancer nurse, based at Warwick Hospital. She loves her job, and has a wealth of knowledge about cancer treatments. Her talk was most informative on a subject very relevant to us all. She inspired many questions, all of which she took in her stride! Our thanks go to Elaine for a very lively and interesting evening.
