Our AGM was held at the Coombe Social Club, Binley at 7:30 pm on Thursday 24th April. There was a good attendance – about 35 members.

Keith Hicks was in the chair. Brian Atkins presented highlights of the Annual Report, and Brian Cooley presented the Treasurer’s Report.

A minor resolution regarding a change to the Constitution was passed. This referred to the size and working of the executive committee.

Maurice and Eileen Percival, and Bill Bird retired as trustees. Keith thanked them all for their significant contributions to the group. In particular, Maurice was Vice Chairman. The remaining trustees were re-elected. Carl Hicks and John Garrett were elected and welcomed as a new committee members.

Jo Payne gave an excellent talk on the work of the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance Service. Jo’s talk was well received and was followed by a lively Q&A session. Our thanks and appreciation to Jo for an interesting and stimulating talk.

The usual buffet and raffle followed!
